PHP (recursive acronym for 'PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor') is a widely-used
Open Source general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited
for Web development and can be embedded into HTML.
This is an update to the latest bugfix release for 5.6, which includes fixes
for several security issues:
https://secure.php.net/ChangeLog-5.php#5.6.21
Please note that php-gd uses the system gd library, and therefore the fix for
CVE-2016-3074 is dependent on the latter.
