I downloaded again.
 742912 2014-02-26 11:49:56 /tmp/getcygwin.exe
2366464 2014-02-26 10:52:56 /usr/local/bin/getcygwin.exe

Both say they are v 2.844.  

I'd forgotten about -B.  I had put it in the shortcut that I use so had
forgotten about it.  Thanks for reminding me.
