regarding how to specify --proxy / -p as a command line option to setup.exe so that
you would be able to specify a proxy for setup.exe to use.

You can also specify this option in the GUI. Choose the "Use IE5 Settings" or "Use HTTP/FTP Proxy:" options, depending on your local configuration and needs.
