Subject: setup.exe: add manual packages unattened installation

Hi,

since the new setup.exe (Release 2.761) it's not possible to use the -P parameter anymore to add, download and 
install custom packages during an unattended installation.
As a workaround i am using an older cygwin setup.exe (Release 2.738)  file to install custom packages, like openssh.
