Subject: tar 1.25 fail to handle symliks correctly

Hi,
I know tar version 1.25 sporadically fail to untar symlinks under cygwin.

I switch to an older tar version (1.23) and everything is working perfectly. Since this is a critical bug (tar is practically unusable) - I think you should consider switch to an older tar version in the default cygwin installation.
