the strange entries look the packages you already installed,
so the Maculanay2 should be just below in alphabetic order

In any case the main repository

http://www.math.uiuc.edu/Macaulay2/Repositories/cygwin/

has been updated so you can install also from setup-1.7

Use "setup-1.7 -X" to accept the instalation from 
a repository without signature
