Hello.

I just upgraded from -63 to -64, but cygserver still won't run on my system.

C:\Windows\system32>net start cygserver
The CYGWIN cygserver service is starting.
The CYGWIN cygserver service could not be started.

The service did not report an error.

My syslog shows that it worked last month, but doesn't work now.
$ grep cygserver /var/log/messages
