New patch below.

 	* cygwin/getVolInfo.c: Check ZwOpenFile status code for
	STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER and retry top open with FILE_READ_DATA
	access.  Simply STATUS_NO_MEDIA_IN_DEVICE condition.
