Re: cygserver 1.5.25-15 slows down logoff

Here are some more facts about cygserver hanging during logoff:
- the problem is specific to Windows 2003 64-bit, it does not appear in
Windows XP 32-bit
- increasing the number of buffers, semaphores, etc. doesn't help
- cygserver.log / event log looks unsuspicious (see below)
- if I stop cygrunsrv via control panel or cygrunsrv, it terminates
quickly and without any errors
- during hang, CPU usage is negligble
- there was a fix in cygwin-1.5.6-1 that could possibly be related:
"Don't send SIGHUP on CTRL_LOGOFF_EVENT to processes running in
invisible Windows stations (like services).  (Corinna Vinschen)"

My best guess would be that cygserver receives some sort of event that
causes it to wait/deadlock. I would really appreciate if someone could
look into what could be going wrong.
