Asked the wrong mailing list, most likely... I don't think anyone has ever
described anything like a "bu-2.17_gcc-4.1.1-c-c++_nl-1.14.0_gi-6.5.exe"
around here ever before so maybe you'd stand a better chance of useful advice
from the people you got this whatever it is from.
