1. The newes gnu mp (gmp) sources are at:
http://swox.com/gmp/
2.) To built it as a dll with cygwin you must use the following
conffigure options.
./configure --disable-static --enable-shared CPPFLAGS="-DDLL_EXPORT"
make
make check
# All tests passed
make install

I had to delete them, and then ISP issues stopped me uploading them,
and then "Real Life" got in the way.
I'll see what I can do in the next couple of days.
