you have seen right: I had a non-Cygwin grep in the path.
Now "rebaseall -v" works fine.
The application which needed for rebasing works, but as it happens from
Cygwin 1.5.17-1, after rebasing Emacs does not.
It takes all CPU and its window does not appear. But this is another
problem.
