RE: perforce api for cygwin 2001+


Yes, it looks like it went up again in the past few days. Now if I could
just get the Perl API (P4::Client) to compile on cygwin...

And actually, they still are (using cygwin that is - they stopped 
distributing it though):

I expect that at least some of the changes were due to some inquiries
from Red Hat, though I don't know for sure.
