Cannot connect to posix subsystem

Hello cygwin gurus,

First start of cygwin opens a DOS window, and the following
error appears:

a12@RRBACK /usr/bin
$ pwd
/usr/bin

C:\cygwin\usr contains the following directories:
bin, doc, include, info, lib, local, man, sbin, share, src,
ssl, tmp, var
instead of expected:
a12

C:\cygwin\etc\passwd contains:
SYSTEM:*:18:18:,S-1-5-18::/bin/false
Administrators:*:544:544:,S-1-5-32-544::/bin/false
a12:*:1006:544:a12,U-RRBACK\a12,S-1-5-21-1681026574-976757939-
617630493-1006:/home/a12:/bin/bash

C:\cygwin\etc\group contains:
SYSTEM:S-1-5-18:18:
None:S-1-5-21-1681026574-976757939-617630493-513:513:
