Yes.  

Step 1: Check the eCos project site (http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/) 
         for answers to your problem.

Step 2: If you don't find anything helpful at the site, email your problem
         to the eCos list (http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/intouch.html)
