I've previously mentioned that Corinna and others have discussed ways of
implementing /dev. I'm not going to accept a patch that exposes /dev
without reopening that discussion.
Just a cautionary note. I was going to assume that since I'd already
mentioend this it would be obvious but, of course, nothing is ever
obvious in the cygwin mailing list.
