Sorry, I can't not comment on quality.

I think the quality is excellent.  I am really thrilled to have someone
make such a substantial contribution to pthread support.

Cygwin's pthread support languished in the "cgf keeps harping on 'We
really need someone to support this'" mode for some time.  Then Robert
stepped in and fixed just about everything.

This probably gives me false hope that someone else might actually step
forward and fix, oh I don't know, cygwin/win32 ctrl-c problems...
