When hooked up to a network, I keep setup.exe and /latest and
/contrib on a share, and invoke that setup.exe remotely. IIRC it
is even possible to tar and ftp that entire collection and use it
elsewhere. I noticed toward the end of this week that the
closest working cygwin mirror site was over the pole from here,
so I suppose that avoiding redundant mirror site access should
count as good citizenry.
