We don't need more options in setup for this.  If UNIX is chosen then Jason's
patch will apply "binary mode" to the /cygdrive prefix.  If DOS is chosen then
Jason's patch will apply "text mode" to the /cygdrive prefix.

Users who are in the know can use `mount --change-cygdrive-prefix ...' to
change it to something different.
