I can add them to the w32api, they're more that than runtime. Or would a
DirectX package be better suited for these?
To contribute, submit them to this list or add them via the patch manager at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw (Plain text only). Be sure to have an
appropriate ChangeLog entry.
