I've written a program that use TCP sockets under HP Unix, and it works
well.
I've reused the same code with Cygwin under NT Workstation 4.00.
When I run the server, no connection is created (checked with netstat -a).
So when I run the client program, it returns an 'EADDRNOTAVAIL' error.
Thanks.
