Screen program for Cygwin

Is there a port of "screen" for Cygwin32? Or is there any other way to run a program from a telnet
session and them come back to it later from another telnet session, console or whatever?

The only things I can think of now is to run my program in an Xterm with VNC (
http://www.orl.co.uk/vnc/ ). Or run telnet under screen on another linux system and then just go
through that system to run my program.
