Here's a laugh.
set CYGWIN=tty is now the opposite of what it should be. I have to
set CYGWIN=notty in order to get tty support. Somehow the switches
got reversed.
I don't know if this effects the other switches or not. Can someone
experienced with the code confirm if this effects the other switches?
