... and that's the checksum for the version 0.3.0 of checkX!

$ checkX -v
run2 0.3.0

Ok, yes, that's an easier version check :-)

So, you've got the situation I surmised in http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-xfree/2009-11/msg00200.html

I.e. you *don't* have the new version (0.3.1) of the run2-package installed. Install that and retry, please.
