I know that this has been posted before but I can't find an answer in
the archives that work.
The error message I'm getting is "Error: Can't open display: 127.0.0.1:0.0"
My system info is:
Windows XP
Firewall exception Port number = 6000/TCP
System Variables Display=127.0.0.1:0.0 (I can ping 127.0.0.1 from cygwin)
/bin in ls -l cygwin1*
-rwxr-x---+ 1 drewa mkgroup-l-d 1872884 Jun 12 2008 cygwin1.dll
I'm at a loss as where to go to be able to get my xwindow program up and
going. Any direction/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
thanks
drew
