After running setup to get the most recent version of rxvt, it seems
that anything passed with the -e option will cause rxvt to crash (a
window will open and immediately close).

Example (causes crash):
rxvt -sl -tn -cr red -sr -sl 10000 -e bash --login

vs (won't cause crash).

rxvt -sl -tn -cr red -sr -sl 10000
