Dear Cygwin users

Last night I updated all of sygwin  installation.
The "Start X Server" icon on the desktop worked fine before the upgrade.
After the upgrade I get the errors as in the attached files..
Did the upgrade cause the working configuration to stop working?
What do I do to fix it?
