Nice!  I don't get anything, but perhaps it has to do with my setting
CYGWIN=error_start:c:/cygwin/bin/dumper.exe (which is not catching anything).

OK, I'll do a debug version of that lib.

Yes the "Mutex init" should be used only in threaded apps.
