No. I was told that unofficial test release will increase support cost
when I was writing multiwindow mode. And I think so too.
If it is difficult to merge this patch into official tree, I will
upload a binary with a different name.

Also, any chance of supporting -rootless X Server?

It is possible.
But now each X window have to own Windows window to moves over-the-spot
window. I will think about supporting single window mode.
