WMaker 0.90 broken?

I just did an cygwin upgrade, hoping to get the
latest cygwin1.dll.  Got a whole bunch more than that,
including wmaker 0.90.  However, after doing the 
upgrade, wmaker seems to be broken.  
(Mind you, everything was working before I upgraded,
then after I upgraded, it broke.)
