prbs starting xwin

Hi -

Today I performed a full install of cygwin on WinXP from scratch and xwin 
failed to initialise. I've included log below:

It would appear that xwin is trying to unuse unsupported kernel features, 
however I'm clueless if i must be really honest. Please could you explain 
what's going on from the attached log (below).
