CYGWIN not displaying CDE login screen....

Hi,
I've 2 PCs running different versions of CYGWIN..
I am trying to get AIX/CDE login screen on these
PCs..the funny thing is that it works on one PC and
not the other...
The only difference being that PC-1 runs CYGWIN
"CYGWIN_NT-5.0 MACHINE_ID 1.5.3(0.90/3/2) 2003-09-01
13:15 i686 unknown unknown Cygwin"
and it works whereas, PC-2 runs CYGWIN
"CYGWIN_NT-5.0 MACHINE_ID 1.5.5(0.94/3/2) 2003-09-20
16:31 i686 unknown unknown Cygwin"
where
$> XWin.exe -query <AIX_BOX_IP>:0.0
DOES_NOT work !!
Any help in this regard, will be greatly appreciated..
PS : Both the PCs are running Windows 2000 and both
the m/cs are trying to access the same AIX box...
