Cygwin XFree86 startx Problem

I having problem using startx to startx the X window
or X server.......
here are the error:

Fontconfig error: Cannot load default config file

I tried to fix the probelm using the XF86Config and
.xinitrc file..... but
failed.....
Can someone help me to solve the problem......?
