Hello
I tried to download XF86Config and installed it in /etc/X11
newest version of xfree86 (4.2.01-..) both on my desktop
at work and at home. At work german keyboard worked well the
de_CH produced the same output as de (?) but as I am used to the
german keyboard it works fine for me but at home all trials
fail.
I used the identical file but also changing keyboard from 105
to 101-104 didn´t change anything.
I only changed those 3 lines in the originally file from
http://www-user.tu-chemnitz.de/~goal/xfree/XF86Config.bz2
Option "XkbRules" "xfree86"
Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
Option "XkbLayout" "de"
Any help strongly appreciated
