Installation fails if I select "Scaleable Fonts" under XFree86

Hi All,
I try to install XFree86 but it fails during the download.
Next PopUp appears:
"Download Incomplete. Try again?"
I even tried different Download sites, but still the same problem occured.
Then I installed it without Scalable Fonts => XFree86-fscl
I managed to install it.
Then I try to install only Scalable Fonts => XFree86-fscl, but it fails again with same message.
It fails when it try to download XFree86-fscl-4.2.0-3.tar.bz2.
I really needs the Scalable Fonts.
So how to get it?
(OS = w2k server + SP3)
