I just joined this list to find out how to disable the try icon. Guess I didn't get my e-mail sent fast enough! Thanks.
My other question is can I get X to claim the windows and alt keys while it has the focus? I'm running with '-notraceicon -nowinkill -lesspointer' and I suppose I would have to click outside the window to do a task switch, but it would be useful to be able to have those keys. I'm running fvwm and I'm used to them being available at home (being that it is a real Linux system). I know it is possible because TimbukTu grabs those keys. But it doesn't process the scroll wheel.
Cygwin is very useful to me, thanks for the work.
