Some terminology:
In X, a display is an Xserver listening on a specific port. The TCP port is
6000 + display number
The screen is a subsection of a display.
Each display is one XServer. But there can be multiple screens on one display.
You have to start the first with
XWin :0 more_options
and the second with
XWin :1 more_options
You can omit the :0 since this is the default value.
