So rename the INSTALL file when compiling would be a
workaround...
I looked in configure and found that './' is scanned
for searching 'install' program.
I tried latest 2.0 glib, as they now include support
for cygwin (cool).
Guess what ? everything compiles !
I only get a 'undefined reference : WinMain@16' which
will be easy to fix...
