I just posted Test 49 to the server development page:

Server Test Series binary and source code releases are now
available via the sources.redhat.com ftp mirror network
(http://cygwin.com/mirrors.html) in the
pub/cygwin/xfree/devel/shadow/ directory. You may wish to note the
desired filename in the links below, then download from your
closest mirror (http://cygwin.com/mirrors.html).

Changes:
1) Send ErrorF () output to XWin.log
2) Prevent XWin.exe from opening a DOS box on launch
3) Enable FatalError () vendor specific function, currently does
nothing
4) Cleanup winkeybd.c/winTranslateKey (). Replace switch statement
with table lookup; table stored in new file winkeybd.h
5) Force ShadowGDI engine when Windows color depth is 8 bits and
!FullScreen
