xclipwin.exe Potential Problem

Hello,

It seems that in a remotely displayed Emacs buffer, every copy and paste
has a ^@ at the end of every paste. This includes when using key
combinations instead of the mouse to paste. This also includes copying
from Emacs to the same Emacs buffer or from another remotely displayed
terminal into Emacs. This scenario occurs when I'm running:
	1. Cygwin 1.3.3
	2. xwinclip Test 01 binary via start /B xwinclip.exe
	3. cygwin xfce port
	4. ssh'd into another box with the -X option

It is important to note that when xwinclip is not started, these excess
characters are not seen. Also, when pasting into a remotely displayed X
terminal everything is fine.

If this is not a bug, is there a way to make this excess character
(probably a null character) not occur?

	Thanks,

	Myles
