ALT-TAB causing X to hang

I just installed the latest release of the Cygwin/XFree86 (4.1.0) and
installed it on my Windows 2000 Dell Latitude C600 laptop. Typing
'startxwin.bat' succeeds in starting X (after including /usr/X11R6/bin
in my path). However, using the ALT-TAB key sequence to hop back and
forth between X and other windows in W2K, causes X to lockup and free.
The only thing I can do is kill the process and start it again. Is this
a bug with a known solution?

Thx.
miguel.
