The 'rotate' parameter was added to LayerCreate in the latest revision of
layerinit.c.
I just added '0' for the rotate parameter, as we don't do any rotation
currently.
However, you will still need to apply the following patch, else the X Server
will crash on startup if the WIN_LAYER_SUPPORT flag, in win.h, is set to
'YES':

I have submitted the layerinit.c patch to XFree86, but it has not been
applied yet. I'll eventually submit the winlayer.c patch that adds the
rotate parameter.
