Extract startup-scripts.tgz:
Harold@MyWindowsHost /usr/X11R6/bin
$ tar -xzf startup-scripts.tgz
Harold@MyWindowsHost /usr/X11R6/bin
$
That means it should be under /usr/X11R6/bin/startup-scripts.
Read the Readme file first in stratup-scripts directory and edit it per
