I know what happen. We need to patch build script.  The lib*.dll should be
Xbin.tgz and lib*.a together with lib/X11/config should have been in
Xprog.tgz.  I will check build scripts, but I think we used the wild card
lib*.* which dumped the lib*.a into wrong archive.
