You're welcome to do so: There are a couple of requirements though:
1) Don't use MS tools for the editing.
2) test your page via the w3 html & stylesheet conformance checkers
before uploading. If it fails, fix it first!

I'm happy to take text diffs and put them in if that's easier for you.
