Laptop Saga (continued...)

Hi All,

This continues my previous mails about Laptop problems. 

Just managed to get my X-Server to start on my Dell Laptop using the Test 7
release I found under the Development page. I have identified the problem to
be mouse related (what a surprise). It seems as my hardware translates the
mouse input (when docked) to some kind of TouchPad information and WinNT
thinks I'm using the pad and not a mouse. Since my computer is administrated
by my company's IT support department I don't have any administration
permissions and thus haven't been able to neither check nor upgrade my
DirectX drivers. I guess this problem fits in among a dozen others I have
noticed the last couple of weeks.

However, Now when I have it up and running, I must say I'm very impressed!
Great job guys!!

Now I will just sit down and pray, and hope my boss will decide to upgrade
our computer recources.
