My understanding is, Harold already has CVS access and he sent him SSH key
in november.
harold I will email you a short note, step by step instructions.

Do you have CVS access to cygwin.com ? If not, drop your public SSh key
to chris faylor (I'm sure he'll be obliging :] ) and lets give you a
subdir on the web pages.
