RE: Newbie Needs Help ....


 I think you are missing stuff from /usr/X11R6/lib/X11.  How about
installing xfree86-4.0-devel.tar.bz2.  I know Harold Installation notes
recommend to skip it in case you are not going to do development.  But
personally I think it is needed.  Xfree86 on linux requires you install
complete suite... same applies for Cygwin.
