The driver of course has to be installed as any other windows driver
for a graphic card.
Start->Settings->Display->Display properties->Settings-> change
driver
Follow the instructions in the download site. I found these (for
Cirrus Logic device drivers) at
http://www.isdcorp.com/downloads/install.shtml
Remember what you have been told already in the list: consider the
xserver as any other windows application, windows is the one who
needs the drivers...
