Hi Sylvain,
I've got the same problem as Gary. Now, I've tried your tip, Sylvain, but my setup keeps ignoring my clicking-on-the-install-button. By now, I've no idea how to install bzip2

Gary,
using the setup.exe program,
you must download and install the package bzip2.
